| Property has recently been purchased by another leasing company. I arrived today to do a pool inspection but they were not ready. I walked through the inspection checklist I reviewed the inspection checklist with the new owners and gave them a list of items to complete before me inspection. Items to be completed include: Depth markers No diving Sgns Floatation Device w min 30 foot rope attached Mount Backboard outside Mount first aid kit outside Sign with location of emergency phone/include building address Returning tomorrow July 2nd at 3pm for a full inspection of pool chemistry and pool inventory |
