3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed the flow rate was 35 gpm, which was below the required minimum of 53 gpm to achieve a full turnover in 480 minutes. -Adjust the flow rate in the pool.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH in the pool was 6.8. -ADJUST THE pH IN THE POOL TO BE WITHIN 7.2-7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. -Observed the alkalinity was 30ppm. -RAISE THE TOTAL ALKALINITY TO BE AT LEAST 60ppm.
