THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. DO NOT REOPEN UNTIL FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS 1 PPM OR MORE.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1032 BHF) were installed 4/26/2017. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 4/26/2024. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 515 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 546 gpm.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

A FAN SHOULD BE DIRECTED INTO THE PUMP PIT TO AVOID HAZARDOUS GAS ACCUMULATION IN A RECESSED AREA.
