ELIMINATE THE GAP BETWEEN THE GROUND AND THE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE SO THE GAP IS LESS THAN 4 INCHES. THE GAP UNDER THE GATES SHOULD BE ELIMINATED TOO. MULCH, DIRT, OR STONE CAN BE PLACED UNDER THE FENCE TO REDUCE THE GAP. BUSHES ALONE PLANTED IN FROM OF THE FENCE WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
