Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Spa is drained of water and within 6 ft of the pool.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. FILL IN THE SPA ASAP. UNTIL FILLED, BLOCK OFF THE SPA AND ENSURE POOL USERS DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY FALL INTO SPA. Correct By: 17-Aug-2020
