Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR THE FLOW SWITCH ON THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER.

Cross connection hazards were present. The hose bib was not backflow protected.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL A BACKFLOW PROTECTOR (ASSE 1011) ON THE HOSE BIB. LOCATED UNDER THE EMOTRON IN THE PUMP ROOM. Correct By: 15-Jun-2019
