IT APPEARS THAT THE DISINFECTION CHEMICAL FEEDER WAS SWITCHED WITH THE pH CHEMICAL FEEDER SINCE LAST YEAR. THESE PUMPS HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY APPROVED FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. THESE NEED TO BE SWITCHED BACK.

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV12/Hayward WG1032 ) were installed on 5-20-19. The covers have a 5/7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-20-24/5-20-26.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room.
