| -While reviewing records, it was observed the chlorine was 0ppm for two days. The pool was not documented as having been closed those days. If the chlorine is less than 1.0 ppm at any time, the pool is to be closed, and this should be documented in the records. Discussed this with the operator. He reported that there was an issue with the disinfection feeder and the tubing. It was fixed on those days, and the pool was shocked and retested, but the values were not recorded. |
