Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured. ONLY ONE SCREW IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. THE GUARDS CLOSED THE WADING POOL AND PLACE A CHAIR IN THE FRONT THE OF GATE TO BLOCK ENTRY. INSTALL ALL 4 STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS IN THE DRAIN COVER BEFORE REOPENING THE WADING POOL Correct By: 08-Jul-2022

Repeat Gates or doors were not self-closing and latching.
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable. REPAIR THE GATE TO THE WADING POOL SO THAT IT SELF-LATCHES.
