A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
INSTALL A VACUUM AND PRESSURE GAUGE BEFORE AND AFTER THE JET PUMP TO PROVIDE A MEANS OF DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE. A PUMP CURVE AND CALCULATIONS MUST BE POSTED IN THE PUMP ROOM. Correct By: 06-Jul-2019

Equipment difficulties prohibited testing water I was unable to determine if the main drain covers in the spa were replaced -It appears that the pump motor was changed from a 1 HP to a 3/4 HP. If this is the case, an Equipment Replacement Notification form must be sent to the Ohio Department of Health. |
