| -The the equipment replacement notification form has not been submitted to ODH for the new pump, submit that as soon as possible. -Recommend increasing the ventilation in the pool area, as the humidity and fumes are strong. -There is a small plastic zip tie type device keeping the emergency phone case locked. If the zip tie is going to remain, ensure that it can be easily removed in case of emergency and that there are directions stating something to the effect of "break in case of emergency." |
