[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv -Observed the ORP was 600. -HAVE THE ACC UNIT INSPECTED TO DETERMINE WHY THE ORP IS LOW.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Observed the combined chlorine is not being tested or recorded. TEST FOR COMBINED CHLORINE PRIOR TO BATHERS ENTERING THE WATER. IF ACC IS IN USE, COMBINED CHLORINE MUST BE TESTED EVERY 12 HOURS WHILE THE POOL IS IN USE.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not working at the time of inspection. -Repair or replace the flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y) / Chemicals are properly stored/used
Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. -Observed an old trichlor bucket being used to store muriatic acid. STOP REUSING CHEMICAL CONTAINERS, ESPECIALLY FROM DIFFERENT CHEMICALS. PROPERLY LABEL ALL CHEMICALS.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly -Observed the flow switch was broken. -The operator reported they have contacted a company to replace it.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm
