All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REDUCE THE FLOW RATE TO BETWEEN 32 AND 48 GPM. FLOW WAS REDUCED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION BY PARTLY CLOSING THE MAIN VALVE.
