3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The flow switch shut off was not working.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR/REPLACE THE ACC. Correct By: 02-May-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical The ACC unit was not activating an audible or visual alarm when unit malfunctioned.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary. REPAIR THE ACC SO ALARM ACTIVATES WHEN THE FLOW SWITCH DOES NOT WORK. Correct By: 02-May-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST ACC FLOW SWITCH FUNCTION AT LEAST MONTHLY. Correct By: 05-Apr-2018
