Critical Circulation system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection. Pump was not running.
Do not operate the pool when the circulation system is not operating properly. Ensure that the circulation system is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. TURN PUMP BACK ON. THE OPERATOR WAS ASKED TO CLOSE THE POOL IF THE PUMP WAS NOT RUNNING. THE OPERATOR WAS ALLOWED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT SCHEDULED BREAK (IN 15 MINUTES) BEFORE CLOSING BECAUSE THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS ACCEPTABLE. A TECH EMPLOYEE WAS COMING TO THE POOL AS FAST AS POSSIBLE (30 MINUTES) TO MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS. Correct By: 03-Aug-2023

Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. BECAUSE THE PUMP WAS NOT RUNNING THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER WAS NOT RUNNING. Correct By: 03-Aug-2023

Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Skimmer weirs were not in place.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. MODIFY THE SKIMMER WEIRS SO THAT THEY REMAIN IN PLACE AND FUNCTION PROPERLY.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Repeat Cross connection hazards were present
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. PLACE A VACUUM BREAKER ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM.
