Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. REPLACE MISSING SCREWS IN THE DRAIN COVERS.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASE FLOW RATE TO BETWEEN 69 AND 120 GPM.

Repeat A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. PROVIDER A MEANS OF DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE FOR THE WATERFALL PUMP.
