Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. NEWLY INSTALLED DRAIN COVERS FLOW RATE IS 274 GPM.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REMOVE NEWLY INSTALLED DRAIN COVERS AND INSTALL DRAIN COVERS WITH A HIGHER FLOW RATING. FLOW RATING NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 400 GPM
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Skimmer weirs were not in place.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. MODIFY THE SKIMMER WEIRS SO THAT THEY REMAIN IN PLACE AND FUNCTION PROPERLY.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Repeat Cross connection hazards were present
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL A VACUUM BREAKER ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM. ONE WAS SUPPLIED THE LIFEGUARD ON 8-2-23.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. A VACUUM GAUGE WAS NOT FOUND ON THE VACUUM SIDE OF THE PUMP. THE PUMP CURVE FOR THE PUMP WAS NOT FOUND. THE CALCULATION FOR THE TOTAL DYNAMIC HEAD WAS NOT FOUND.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. INSTALL A VACUUM GAUGE, AND POST PUMP CURVE AND CALCULATION, OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST pH Correct By: 05-Aug-2023
