Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals.

Current Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One is supplied with this report. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar A10RCFR) were installed on 6-29-21. The cover have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 6-29-26. The cover has a flow rating of 170 gpm. Three drain covers are in place.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
