3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
Repeat Equipment, at a public swimming pool, was changed/altered without obtaining approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) by submitting an Equipment Replacement Notification (ERN).
Obtain approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) by submitting an Equipment Replacement Notification (ERN) before operating pool. SUBMIT AN EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT NOTIFICATION FORM FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PUMP.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Critical Water clarity was not sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc)
Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor. THIS VIOLATION IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND POSTED A POOL CLOSED SIGN ON THE POOL DOOR. DO NOT REOPEN THE POOL UNTIL THE MAIN DRAIN CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN FROM THE DECK.
