This is a critical operational item and poses an imminent health hazard. THE POOL MUST CLOSE UNTIL THE VIOLATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT VERIFIES COMPLIANCE. Correct By: 01-Jun-2018
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 01-Jun-2018
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter was not working.
