3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. -Observed total alkalinity to be 50ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(8) / Spa water is drained at least every 30 days and is recorded
Repeat Spa water was not drained in the last 30 days. -Observed spa water not being drained every 30 days. -Pool log documented that spa was only drained 3 times in 2023.
Drain spa immediately and clean before placing the spa back in operation. Correct By: 02-Feb-2024

Test kit was not provided/adequate/in good repair at the time of inspection.
Test kits and testing. The licensee and the licensor shall maintain a test kit in good repair and capable of measuring parameters consistent with the required chemical residuals.
