Equipment identification labels were not maintained and/or not on file. No labels on pump room equipment.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter presentbut not operating properly at this time.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. Flow valve not operating properly at ACC unit.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(e) / Spa caution sign posted and with required language
Spa caution sign with the required language was not posted.
Post the spa caution sign prominently at the spa whenever it is in use.
