[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Observed the disinfection levels were only being tested twice per day. The pool is open from 11am-9pm, and the ACC is not in use.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Observed the disinfection levels were only being tested once per day. The pool is open from 11am-9pm, and the ACC is not in use.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not working. PROMPTLY REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical Repeat SVRS devices were not maintained or not functional. -Observed the SVRS system was not operational. The PIC noted that it does not work with the new pump that was installed. -Strongly recommend that the pool is closed until the SVRS system is repaired or replaced with a functioning system.
Restore all SVRS devices to proper working order to prevent entrapment or evisceration. Correct By: 15-Jun-2023
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. -Observed expired reagents in the test kit. -PROMPTLY REPLACE ANY EXPIRED REAGENTS.

The pool should not be open while the SVRS device is not functional. Contact LCPH when the SVRS device is repaired or replaced.

Submit an ERN to ODH for the new pump.

Have the certificate of compliance for the main drain cover available for the next inspection.
