3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.

Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. THIS VIOLATION IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE SPA MUST CLOSE IMMEDIATELY. A KEY HOLDER WAS TOLD OF THE NEED TO CLOSE THE SPA. SHE STATED THERE IS A CLOSED SIGN SHE WILL POSTED ON THE SPA. KEEP SPA CLOSED UNTIL FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS AT LEAST 2 PPM. Correct By: 08-Sep-2022

Cross connection hazards were present. No air gap on the fill line.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. REMOVE THE PLASTIC JUG FROM THE FILL LINE TO RESTORE THE AIR GAP. Correct By: 08-Sep-2022
