Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD THE ACC FLOW SWITCH MONTHLY. Correct By: 27-Feb-2019
