| Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals. Gloves were available. Chemicals should be moves away from the heater if temperature raises above 95 degrees. Provide a thermometer for checking water temperature if one is not available. All violations from the 3-6-23 inspection have been corrected -acid tank is labeled -emergency phone is working |
