3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not testED at the required intervals for pools. -Observed the bromine is only being tested twice a day at appoximately 7am and 4pm. There is no ACC for this pool. -THE DISINFECTION RESIDUAL IS TO BE TESTED PRIOR TO BATHERS ENTERING TH POOL AND EVERY 4 HOURS THE POOL IS OPEN.

Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed the pH is only being tested twice daily (at appoximately 7am and 4pm). There is no ACC at this pool. pH MUST BE TESTED PRIOR TO BATHERS ENTERING THE WATER AND EVERY 4 HOURS THE POOL IS OPEN FOR USE.

SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. -Observed the SVRS is not being recorded as being tested monthly. TEST SVRS AND RECORD THE RESULTS AT LEAST MONTLY.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

Comments
-Observed the installation dates for the Hayward WGX1048E drains were in 5/21/2015. They have a 7 year life span, and they expired on 5/21/2022. New drain covers need to be installed.
-The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
-Observed a new spine board.
-Observed a new test kit. Note that one of the reagents in the kit expires in 08/23.
-Observed copies of a ERN for the new pump.
-CDC DOES NOT RECOMMEND BROMINE LEVELS ABOVE 8 PPM.
