Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately.
