POOL IS CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL TO REOPEN 440-219-7158.
Reportedly, drain cover will be replaced. Existing cover is "New Water Solutions" Drain Safe DC360. Retain the certificate of compliance, installation instructions, and certificate of installation. Make a copy of each for the Health Department

Items needing correction before reopening
-Label the black container
-Test and record ACC and SVRS monthly
-Repair the ACC
-Provide an air gap for the pool fill line
-Plug the equalizer lines for the pool wall
-Tighten the hand rails for the steps
-Test and record the chlorine and pH every 12 hours that the pool is open, including weekends. Take first reading before first bathers
-Dry deck daily along the wall where water does not drain

The operator is aware of the critical operation items and reportedly would close the pool when an imminent health hazard is present.
The operator is knowledgeable of the Automatic Chemical Controller and Safety Vacuum Release System function and testing.
The operator reportedly will maintain complete records on file: water quality information, chemicals added, injuries, fecal accidents, lifeguard training, and ACC and SVRS test results. Records will be available for review dating back two years.
