Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Documentation of current covers not available.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT MAIN DRAIN COVERS ARE CURRENT. PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE COMPLETE WITH DATE OF INSTALLATION.
