Critical Repeat The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection. No SVRS observed in pump room.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(e) / Equipment identification labels are maintained or on file
Repeat Equipment identification labels were not maintained and/or not on file.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment.
