Have the backflow prevention device evaluated or replaced so that backflow is prevented. -No recent backflow inspection noted. Backflow prevention devices shall be inspected yearly. Documentation shall be available upon request.

Critical Repeat Pool chemical storage at pool side is unsecure.
Repair or replace lock securing accesse to pool side chemical storage.
