Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. -Observed the flow rate exceeded the maximum flow rate for the filter. -To achieve a proper turnover rate and filtration, adjust the flow rate to ensure that it is between 314-566 gpm.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. -Observed the water level was too high, so the water level was quite a bit above the gutters, so the gutters were not properly skimming the top of the pool. -Adjust the water level in the pool to ensure the gutters can function properly.
