| WADING POOL WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT (CIRCULATION PUMP) HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY ODH YET AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. PLEASE HAVE PROOF OF APPROVAL FOR ME AT THE NEXT INSPECTION. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. WRITE THE DATE ON INSTALLATION ON THE CERTIFICATION. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1048E) were installed 10/3/2018. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10/3/2025. |
