Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL ALL 4 SCREWS IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER. INSTALL A NEW FRAME IF NECESSARY.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. REPLACE THE MISSING TREAD ON THE LADDER STEPS.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Deck surfaces had dirty mulch.
CLEAN THE MULCH FROM THE DECK.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJSUT pH.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. REDUCE CYA.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat First aid equipment had no sterile Band-Aids..
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. REPLACE THE Band-Aids IN THE FIRST AID KIT.
