Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The ladder was loose.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. TIGHTEN THE LADDER. Correct By: 09-Oct-2020
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.

The combine chlorine should be reduced. DO the best you can to keep the combine chlorine lower (0 - .4)
