Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. The acid tank was not labeled. Sodium hypo was stored on top of cal hypo, water was stored on top on cal hypo, a bag on soda ash was stored on the floor.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. LABEL THE ACID TANK. DO NOT STORE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. DO NOT STORE CHEMICALS ON THE FLOOR. Correct By: 07-Jun-2018
