Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. The equalizer outlet from the skimmer does not have a compliant cover and is not plugged.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL A VGB COMPLIANT COVER OVER THE SKIMMER EQUALIZER OUTLET OR PLUG THE OUTLET AT THE POOL WALL. Correct By: 28-Oct-2021

Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. DO NOT OPEN THE POOL UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS AT OR ABOVE 1 PPM. Correct By: 28-Oct-2021

THE POOL OPERATOR IS GETTING READY TO OPEN THE POOL. DO NOT OPEN THE POOL UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS AT LEAST 1 PPM. THE FREE CHLORINE MUST REMAIN AT OR ABOVE 1 PPM CONTINUALLY, EVEN WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED AT NIGHT.
