Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. Critical Repeat Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. LABEL THE OUTSIDE OF THE CHLORINE TANK STORAGE CAGE SO IT CAN BE QUICKLY AND EASILY IDENTIFIED. Correct By: 30-Jul-2018

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST THE pH LEVEL TO BETWEEN 7.2 AND 7.8. Correct By: 25-Jul-2018

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.

Corrections that have been made since the last inspection dated 6-5-18
-new main drain cover (Waterway 640-472xV) has been replaced on 7-1-2018. The drain cover has a 7 yr life span and must be replaced before 7-1-2025.
-a sign stating WARNING NO LIFEGUARD AND SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED are posted
-an air gap is on the filter backwash line
-a test kit containing all the required reagents is available.

I was not able to determine if the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer had been inspected.
I forgot to check, but the SVRS (Emotron) must be tested and recorded monthly.
