Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. REPLACE MAIN DRAIN COVERS. INSTALL NEW COVERS PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. Correct By: 22-Oct-2021

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST pH

Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. REDUCE CYA
