| Our records show that The main drain suction outlet cover (Waterway 642-3630v SPC-3) were installed on 9/11/2019. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 9/11/2026. The inspection tag on the backflow preventer reads that the last inspection was done on 5-18-18. Have the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer inspected annually. Keep SDS of chemicals used at the facility. Clean the test cell of the pool kit. It was cloudy and effecting the color of the test. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. Since the pool is used primarily as a therapy pool and the pool is located at a medical facility, the local health department decided that the water temperature can exceed 90 degrees, if no health or safety hazards exist and no strenuous activity takes place in the pool. This decision is subject to review and change. If the pool is used exclusively as a therapy pool, no license is required from the local health department. |
