3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. WADING POOL WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. OPERATOR AGREED TO PUT A POOL CLOSED SIGN N THE GATE UNTIL THE POOL MAINTENANCE COMPANY REPAIRS THE PROBLEM.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR FLOW METER. Correct By: 16-Jun-2022
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST pH Correct By: 10-Jun-2022

ACC NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Paramount SDX 159-2212) were installed 9/10/2018. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 9/10/2023.
