Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. POOL OPERATOR HAND FED THE CHLORINE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS MEASURED AT 1.8 AFTER 20 MINUTES. Correct By: 12-Jul-2022

Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable. ONE GATE WAS MODIFIED AND IT SELF CLOSES. ONE STILL NEEDS FURTHER MODIFICATION IN ORDER TO SELF-CLOSE.
