Cross connection hazards were present. The hose bib in the filter room and the hose bib by the outside shower are not backflow protected.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL A BACK FLOW PREVENTER (ASSE 1011) ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE FILTER ROOM AND ON THE HOSE BIB BY THE OUTSIDE SHOWER. Correct By: 15-Jun-2018

Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Depth markings and "No Diving" signs are more than 25 ft apart.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. APPLY MORE DEPTH MARKINGS AND "NO DIVING" MARKINGS SO THEY ARE NOT ANY MORE THAN 25 FT APART.. Correct By: 15-Jun-2018
