Critical Outlet covers were not secured. Two screws missing in each main drain cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL ALL FOUR SCREWS IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS. OPERATOR AGREED TO INSTALL SOON IF POSSIBLE WITHOUT DRAINING THE POOL, OR INSTALL BEFORE NEXT SEASON IF DRAINING THE POOL WILL BE NECESSARY. Correct By: 01-Jul-2022

Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Covers over the skimmer equalizers are not compliant.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL COMPLIANT COVERS OVER THE SKIMMER EQUALIZER OUTLETS OR PLUG OUTLETS AT THE POOL WALL. OPERATOR AGREED TO INSTALL PLUGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Correct By: 01-Jul-2022
