Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPLACE THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS WITH ONES THAT HAVE A FLOW RATING OF AT LEAST 400 GPM.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. INSTALL A MEANS OF DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE.
