Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured. One screw is missing in one cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL MISSING SCREW IN THE COVER. USE ONLY STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS THAT WERE SUPPLIED WITH THE COVER. KEEP SPA CLOSED UNTIL CORRECTED. Correct By: 01-Apr-2021

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The pressure gauge on the filter was not working.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR THE PRESSURE GAUGE ON TOP OF THE FILTER. Correct By: 01-Apr-2021

Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. PLACE LABEL ON THE CHLORINE TANK. Correct By: 13-Apr-2021
