| Our records show that The main drain suction outlet cover (Hayward WG1048E) was installed 10/1/2017. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10/1/2024. Certificate of Compliance was available in the equipment room. Keep the chemical SDS (MSDS) in the equipment room and have available the PPE for handling chemicals. When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm. The test kit in the equipment room had expired reagents. Keep fresh reagents and keep bottles in the case with the lid closed. |
