3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. -Observed the water level in the spa to be at the top of the skimmer.
IN ORDER FOR THE SKIMMER AND WEIR DOOR TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, MAINTAIN THE WATER LEVEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SKIMMER.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair. -Observed one of the hand rails for the steps in the spa was not secure.
REPAIR THE HAND RAIL IN THE SPA. Correct By: 13-Mar-2023
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed pH to be 7.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST THE pH OF THE POOL TO BE BETWEEN 7.2-7.8. Correct By: 08-Mar-2023
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. -Observed the alkalinity to be 40 ppm.
RAISE THE TOTAL ALKALINITY TO AT LEAST 60 PPM. Correct By: 08-Mar-2023

-The free chlorine levels were observed to be 12.1 ppm. The CDC recommends that free chlorine levels do not exceed 10 ppm.

-Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-SG-1212) were installed 3/23/2016. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 3/23/2026.
