Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining acurate operational records. See attached photo of the record log sheet and not that the two recordings for the daily operation had been filled PRIOR to the time indicated on the log sheet.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Emergency device (telephone) was not present. The emergency device must be at the pool or within 500 feet of the pool.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
